岗位职责
Role and Mission角色和使命
1.Manage canteen, Stationeries, Cleaning, transportation, express delivery, water, business card. 管理饭堂、文具、清洁、车辆运输、快递、水、名片等。
2.Responsible for the receptions for clients and employees in terms of transportation, accommodation, meeting room, meals, PPE, drinking and etc.负责接待客户和员工的交通、住宿、会议室、用餐、PPE、饮用等。
3.Update company’s contact list on regular basis. 定期更新公司员工通讯录。
4.Organize company actives periodically. 定期组织员工活动。
5.Support HR generalist to maintain HRIS, P-files, attendance records in an accurate and timely manner.支持人事维护人力资源系统、档案、考勤纪录,确保准确性、及时性。
6.Support Staffing & Training Asst. Manager to coordinate relevant activities. 支持招聘培训副经理协调相关活动。
7.Other ad hoc tasks assigned by department head.上级领导安排的其他工作。
任职要求
Education / Experience / Knowledge / Skills Required招聘目标:教育/经验/知识/所需技能
1.College or above with the major of admin management and other related majors; 大专以上学历,行政管理或相关专业;
2.Workable English; 可满足工作需要的英语能力优先;
3.Familiar with MS-Office(word, excel, power point, outlook); 电脑办公软件熟练;
4.Good communication, detailed-oriented and responsible attitude; 沟通能力良好,注重细节、认真负责;
5.One year or above related working experiences, preferably in manufacture environment. 1年以上相关工作经验,制造业行业优先。
